Thank you for your interest in visiting The Cooper Union!

Please note that this form is for prospective student groups only; individuals and families should register for program-specific tours, or take a virtual tour. Please do NOT complete this form if you are an individual or family wishing to take a tour of Cooper.

Please note the following:

This is a 45- to 90-minute tour. To protect our academic environment, we cannot provide private info sessions, faculty meetings, or guaranteed access to specific labs/studios.
Eating is not allowed during the tour; however, closed water bottles are permitted.
We require a minimum of 10 and a strict maximum of 30 total guests (including students and chaperones). We cannot accommodate groups larger than 30 or multiple "waves" of tours.
There will be time before and during the tour if any students need to use the restroom.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our campus, we cannot guarantee a space for lunch.

Group Visitor Agreement

I understand that our group is participating in a, 45- to 90-minute tour focusing on campus facilities. I understand that this visit does not include information sessions, guest lectures, classroom observations or faculty involvement.
I understand that Cooper Union cannot provide indoor lunch space, dining facilities, or bag storage. Our group will make independent arrangements for meals off-campus.
I understand that if our group arrives more than 15 minutes after the confirmed start time, the tour will be shortened. If we arrive more than 30 minutes late, I understand the tour may be canceled based on guide availability.
I have provided an accurate headcount (max 30 total). I will notify Admissions of any changes at least 2 business days prior. Groups exceeding the 30-person cap may be turned away upon arrival due to space constraints.
Chaperones must remain with the group at all times and are responsible for managing student behavior.
The Office of Admissions and its Student Ambassadors reserve the right to end a tour immediately if inappropriate or disruptive behavior occurs.
I will notify The Cooper Union at least 2 business days in advance if we need to cancel our visit.
