Group Tour Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting The Cooper Union!

SUMMER SCHEDULE: Group tours are available on Mondays and Wednesdays by appointment. Please fill out the form below and email admissions@cooper.edu your preferred dates and times.

Please fill out the Group Tour request form below. If we are unable to host your group, your students can register for program-specific tours, take a virtual tour, or chat with a student. Please do NOT complete this form if you are an individual or family wishing to take a tour of Cooper.

Please note the following:

This is a 45- to 90-minute tour.
Eating is not allowed during the tour; however, closed water bottles are permitted.
The minimum group size for a tour is 10 people, and the maximum is 30 people (chaperones and students).
There will be time before the tour if any students need to use the restroom.
Unfortunately, due to the size of our campus, we cannot guarantee a space for lunch.

Group Visitor Agreement

I understand that our group is participating in the entirety of a 45- to 90-minute walking tour of The Cooper Union unless specified otherwise.
I understand that if our group arrives more than 15 minutes after the confirmed start time of our tour, the schedule will be adjusted to cover as much as possible within the remaining time frame. If our group arrives more than 30 minutes after the confirmed start time, I understand that tour guide(s) may no longer be available.
I have provided an accurate headcount of all visitors in the tour group and will notify the Office of Admissions of any changes at least 2 business days before the scheduled tour date.
Chaperones must stay with their group and address any disruptive behavior if it occurs.
I understand that the Office of Admissions reserves the right to end the tour and/or refuse future tours if inappropriate behavior occurs while the group is on campus. I also understand that student and staff ambassadors reserve the right to end the tour if inappropriate behavior occurs within the group while on campus.
I will notify The Cooper Union at least 2 days in advance if we need to cancel our visit.
